At Müller European Truck & Trailer Care, we are looking for a workshop manager for our bodywork department!
What will you do as a bodywork workshop manager?
With your knowledge and skills, as a Working Foreman, you seamlessly coordinate between mechanics and your colleagues in the office throughout the day. You take daily leadership, and no day is the same. As a working foreman, you enjoy variety. You feel responsible for everything happening in and around the workshop. Additionally, you perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on trailers and tail lifts.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
• You manage the daily work schedule and ensure timely start and completion of tasks;
• You perform assembly work on trailers, tail lifts, and trucks;
• You oversee compliance with safety regulations and maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop.
As a Working Foreman, you have excellent communication skills, are pleasant to work with, and have an affinity for trucks, transportation, and technology. You can switch between different tasks and maintain an overview. You have an MBO(+) level of education in assembly. You have at least 5 years of demonstrable leadership experience.

We offer you the following
A full-time contract of 40 hours per week;
25 vacation days and 13 additional days off (ATV days) with a full-time contract;
A one-year contract with the possibility of a permanent position;
A gross salary between €2,800 and €3,800 per month, based on a full-time contract and depending on your experience and age.

Working at Müller ETTC means working for a family-owned company with a supportive and open work environment. Our employees are highly experienced in their field and are always up to date with the latest developments through various training programs.
You will be working in our bodywork department, which has an informal culture typical of a family-owned business. The department is located at Handelsweg 34 in Holten and currently consists of four employees, with you becoming our fifth employee! Our bodywork workshop is open on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00.

You greet your colleagues and begin by establishing the daily work schedule. As a working foreman, you ensure efficient planning and a timely start of the work.

Leading and performing tasks
You lead the team and actively participate in trailer maintenance and repairs. Through your leadership skills, you motivate and inspire the team to achieve the best results.

You supervise compliance with safety regulations and monitor the quality of the work performed. You intervene where necessary to ensure a safe working environment and uphold quality standards.

You coordinate the tasks and schedule any additional duties. You are responsible for efficient allocation of resources and personnel to achieve the set goals.

Time for a well-deserved break! You use this time to relax and recharge for the rest of the day.

You have a team meeting where you discuss the progress of the work and address any issues. Additionally, you provide coaching and feedback to your team members to further develop their skills.
