Bas’ Story.
His workday ranges from servicing to solving complex malfunctions, and he enjoys the combination of both tasks. He is particularly drawn to the refrigeration technology department due to the focused search for malfunctions and his interest in understanding why something isn’t working.
Currently, Bas works as a Refrigeration Technician at Müller ETTC. He ended up at Müller ETTC by chance when Teun Hofman asked him if he knew any friends interested in technology. Bas decided to pursue a career in technology himself and began his BBL training as a 1st commercial vehicle mechanic in September 2020, which he recently completed.

“Especially solving complex malfunctions, that’s what appeals to me the most!”
Bas appreciates the good atmosphere and collaboration with his colleagues, even though they are spread across different locations. He finds that Müller ETTC is well-organized in terms of administrative tasks, reimbursement of training costs, and providing high-quality tools. He definitely recommends Müller ETTC to friends and acquaintances interested in technology. Bas is open to future opportunities for working on the road.
