Marvin’s Story.
Marvin feels right at home at Müller ETTC and appreciates the ongoing support from his colleagues. The family-like atmosphere within the company strongly appeals to him, and he is satisfied with the good working conditions, which represent a positive change compared to his previous work experiences in the United Kingdom.
Marvin hails from Leeds, United Kingdom, and works as a trailer mechanic at Müller ETTC. He stumbled upon Müller ETTC in 2022 as a temporary worker during a period of job transitions due to the impact of COVID-19 and Brexit. Prior to joining Müller ETTC, Marvin had various work experiences. At the age of 17, he worked at the post office, followed by six years as a mechanic at DAF. He also gained experience in the military, where he repaired Land Rovers and tanks.
His workday starts at 7 AM with a cup of coffee, after which he engages in various tasks scheduled for the day. This may involve working on MOT points (APK-punten) and replacing brakes. Marvin is enthusiastic about the technical aspect of his work and enjoys repairing trailers.
