What will you be doing as a Planner / Administrative Assistant Front Office?
As a Planner / Administrative Assistant Front Office, you will be responsible for various tasks within the trailer department. This includes carefully scheduling repairs for customers and assigning these tasks to the appropriate mechanics. In close collaboration with colleagues, you’ll also order the necessary parts, which are essential for efficient repair execution and quick customer service.
Additionally, you will maintain contact with customers, keeping them informed about the progress of repairs via phone, and handling invoicing. You’ll manage vehicle data in our RMS system to ensure all information is correctly entered.
The trailer department operates in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is paramount. As a Planner / Administrative Assistant Front Office, it’s crucial to be flexible, versatile, and work efficiently and organized.
What We offer:
Full-time contract (40 hours per week)
25 vacation days and 13 ATV (reduction of working hours) days for full-time employees
One-year contract with the potential for a permanent position
Attractive gross salary ranging from €3,000 to €3,600 per month, depending on your experience

As a Planner / Administrative Assistant Front Office, you’ll play a vital role in the trailer department. Our workshop operates on weekdays from 07:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:30. We work in staggered shifts during the week to provide optimal service to our customers.
You’ll be part of a team specializing in different aspects of the trailer workshop (trailer, tail lift, etc.). We highly value the future and work together to achieve success!

Start of your workday
Upon arrival at the office, greet your colleagues, grab a cup of coffee, and check your emails and schedule for the day.

Scheduling and assignment of repairs
You start by scheduling the repairs planned for today. You assign them to the appropriate technicians and ensure that all necessary parts are available on time.

Phone contact with customers
You take the time to call customers and update them on the progress of their repairs. You also answer questions and schedule appointments for new repairs.

Break
Time to relax and enjoy lunch with your colleagues.

Invoicing and administration
You process the invoicing for completed repairs and ensure that all data is correctly entered into the system.

Ordering parts
Together with your colleagues, you order the necessary parts for scheduled repairs and ensure they are delivered on time.

Management of vehicle data
You check and manage the vehicle data in the RMS system to ensure that everything is up-to-date and accurate.

You complete your tasks and make sure that all work for tomorrow is well prepared. In addition, you ensure that all ongoing tasks are handed over to your colleague, who works until 6:00 PM
